Correct process design in HR/PDKS

PDKS is not just about payroll. When leave management, performance tracking, training plans, and human resource reporting are addressed together, the expectations of both managers and employees are met more healthily.

PDKS systems are often thought of as limited to 'clock-in/clock-out records.' However, in correct process design, the goal is to manage the employee's time consistently with business requirements and the legal framework. Therefore, shift models, overtime rules, breaks, and compensatory work policies must be clarified before designing the process.

The second step is leave and absence flows. Request, approval, and notification steps must be transparent; employees should be able to create requests via self-service, and managers should make quick decisions with mobile approvals. The third heading is integration: data transfer through a single employee record with payroll or ERP reduces double entries and incorrect payments.

The fourth element is performance and target management. PDKS data becomes meaningful for management when combined with KPIs such as production efficiency or project-based work. Fifth is training and certification tracking; planning mandatory trainings without missing them is critical for occupational safety and compliance.

The sixth item is privacy and GDPR; access to personal data should be restricted and logged based on roles. Finally, user experience: simple flows, mobile compatibility, and clear notifications instead of complex screens increase the adoption rate. Thus, PDKS becomes a common order for employees and employers, not a tool of pressure.
